Who’ll Play Lance?
Lance Armstrong is one of a kind, so it’s no surprise he can’t decide who should play him in his biopic. We, however have the perfect actor in mind: Matthew McCaughney.
Lance tells Boston Common’s late spring issue that he wants “whoever’s most passionate about the script.” But we’ll have to wait to see the much-delayed flick. “Sony was doing something on my life, but I don’t know where it is in development.” Says the cyclist champ, 36. Fellow cyclist Patrick Dempsey, 42, says he’d like to play Lance’s sidekick George Hincapie.
